Terms & Conditions

Booking Guidelines

  • Maximum 4 adults per cabin
  • Persons under 18 (or persons on their behalf) are not permitted to make reservations. Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted as guests in the park.
  • Infants – 0 to 5 years
  • Children – 6 to 17 years
  • Adults – 18 years +
  • Park management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings.
  • 1 car space is allocated per site booked. Additional vehicles must be parked in allocated visitor parking or outside the park.
  • Any additional structure requires Management permission.
  • All damages to park property will be charged to the client’s credit card.
  • There is NO smoking permitted in park accommodation or other buildings, including on cabins decks and building verandas.

Pets Policy

  • Pets are permitted ONLY with Management prior approval.

Booking Periods

Peak Season:

  • October Long Weekend  01/10/21 to 05/10/21
  • Easter 01/04/21 to 05/04/21
  • Minimum night stays may apply during certain times, please check with park management.
  • 20/12/21 to 27/01/22

Shoulder Season:

  • Low Season – All other times
  • Cabins are booked from 2pm (check in) on day of arrival until 10am (check out) on day of departure unless otherwise stated or arranged prior with park management, fees may apply.
  • Minimum bookings may apply during some booking periods.

 

Payment and Deposits

  • Guest credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings. Visa and Mastercard surcharge 2.5%.
  • Bookings are not transferable to other persons without prior approval by Management
  • Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at time of booking for all bookings made outside 30 days of arrival.
  • Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for all off peak stays to confirm the booking.
  • Peak October Long Weekend – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at time of booking. Full amount must be paid by 1 September.
  • Peak Summer Period Bookings Payment – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at time of booking. 50% of tariff to be paid by 1st August. Balance must be paid in full by 1 November.
  • Peak Easter Period Bookings Payment – Deposit of at least 1 night’s accommodation is required at time of booking. 50% of Balance to be paid by 1 September. Full amount to be paid by 1 March .

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of $50 for cabins will apply to all bookings.
  • Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking will apply to all bookings.
  • Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply to all bookings.
  • Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.
  • Park Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings
  • Pricing is subject to change.
  • Guest credit / debit card details are required to secure all bookings.
  • Visa & Mastercard credit card surcharge of 2.5% applies to this payment option.

 

Additional Fees and Charges

    • Dog Cleaning Fee – A fee of up to $130 will be charged on all dog friendly cabin bookings.
    • Cleaning Fee – A minimum of $160 will be charged if cabin/site left in unsatisfactory condition upon departure.
    • Late Departure – subject to availability and prearrangement with park management. Fees may apply.
